What is PlayCooker?
PlayCooker is a flag football play designer that lets you create, save, and organize plays and formations. It's available on Android, iOS, and the web.
What's included in the Free plan?
The Free plan includes the full play designer with up to 10 plays, 2 folders, and local storage on your device.
What does Pro include?
Pro gives you unlimited plays and folders, cloud sync across all devices, defensive zone design, game mode, printable exports, flip plays, custom zone shapes, multiple field styles, and no watermark on exports. Pro is available at $7.99/month or $69.99/year via the App Store and Google Play, or $4.99/month and $49.99/year when subscribing directly on the web.
Why is the web price lower than the App Store price?
App Store and Google Play subscriptions are processed through Apple and Google, who set their own platform fees. The web price reflects direct billing through our payment processor. Both plans unlock exactly the same Pro features.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
- •App Store (iOS): Go to Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → PlayCooker.
- •Google Play (Android): Go to Google Play → Profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → PlayCooker.
- •Web (Stripe): Open PlayCooker on the web, go to Account → Manage Subscription.
Your Pro features remain active until the end of your billing period after cancellation.
Can I switch between monthly and annual?
Yes. Cancel your current plan (it stays active until the end of your billing period) and resubscribe with the other plan. The change takes effect on the new plan's first billing date.
Can I switch between App Store billing and web billing?
The two billing systems are separate. To move from App Store/Google Play to web billing: cancel your in-app subscription (stays active until period end), then subscribe at playcooker.com. Your plays and data carry over — no migration needed.
Do you offer refunds?
- •App Store: Refunds are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com to request a refund.
- •Google Play: Refunds are handled by Google. Request from your order history in the Google Play Help Center.
- •Web (Stripe): Contact support@playcooker.com within 7 days of purchase. Include your email address and the date of payment.
What happens to my plays if I cancel Pro?
Your plays and folders are preserved. Nothing is deleted. Pro-gated features will be locked until you resubscribe, but all your play data remains intact and accessible.
How does Cloud Sync work?
Cloud Sync automatically saves your plays and formations to the cloud so you can access them from any device signed into the same account. Sign in on your phone, tablet, or on the web — your playbook is always there.
I accidentally deleted a play. Can I recover it?
Yes. Deleted plays are moved to the Recently Deleted section, accessible from the settings screen. You can restore them from there.
Can I use PlayCooker without creating an account?
Yes, you can use PlayCooker as a guest. We recommend linking your account to Google, Apple, or email to prevent data loss if you switch devices or reinstall the app.
How do I request account deletion?
To delete your account and all associated data, email us at support@playcooker.com. We will permanently remove your account, all cloud-stored plays, formations, and user data from our servers.
